The Coaches.
Coaching from people who've actually stood in the middle — technique, temperament and honest correction, not drills copied off a screen.
No borrowed drills off the internet. Just coaching from people who've stood in the middle — and know what actually holds up out there.
Ashutosh Mishra
One half of the RPCA coaching partnership — Ashutosh and Yuvraj run the academy side by side, two young coaches of the same generation. His belief is simple and stubborn: build the cricketer from the ground up. Technique-first and unhurried — no shortcuts, no chasing quick results before the basics can carry the weight.
Under him, the fundamentals are drilled until they hold under pressure — the grip, the base, the shape of a shot repeated until it doesn't fall apart when the game gets hard. It's slow work, and it's the work that lasts.
- 01
Technique First
Clean, repeatable fundamentals before anyone worries about a scoreboard.
- 02
Long-Term Development
Players built over years — the next stage always in view, never rushed.
- 03
Standards & Discipline
Punctuality, effort and respect — the habits that make cricketers before runs do.
Coach · All-RounderYuvraj Kumar
Yuvraj is a young Jharkhand all-rounder registered with the JSCA and an active Jharkhand T20 player for the Ranchi Titans — a coach who is still very much in the middle of competitive cricket himself.
That currency shows in his coaching: batting, bowling and match temperament taught by someone who solves the same problems on the weekend. In Jharkhand T20 2026 he was a Match Hero, scoring 38 off 23 balls.
- 01
Batting & Match Temperament
Building an innings and reading the moment — the calm to bat when it matters.
- 02
Bowling
All-rounder's craft — control, variations and the discipline to bowl to a plan.
- 03
Current Competitive Edge
Still playing at state T20 level — the coaching stays sharp and real.
A method, not a mood.
The coaching doesn't change with who's watching or how the day's going. Same standards, same honesty, every session.
- 01
Small Batches, Tight Ratios
Few enough players that every one is seen and corrected — not managed in a crowd.
- 02
Honest Correction Every Session
Real feedback, kindly given — you always leave knowing what to work on next.
- 03
Technique Before Results
Get the method right and the scoreboard follows; chase the scoreboard first and neither lasts.
- 04
A Clear Next Step
Every player leaves with one specific thing to build on — progress you can actually see.
Train with them.
Come in for a session, meet the coaches and see the method up close — then find out exactly where you fit.
