The Pathway.

One delivery, three stages — a structured route from a child's first grip to a cricketer knocking on the door of state selection.

How we build players

We don't sell net time. We build a player over years — stage by stage, with the next step always in view.

Batch sizes

Small groups so every player gets real, honest correction each session — not a queue.

Sessions

Morning and evening batches, so school and work don't have to mean missing training.

Progression

Move up when your game is ready — assessed by your coach, not by your birthday alone.

The goal

District, JSCA age-group and league cricket — a real, measured destination.

Stage 01

Foundation

The most important years. Before a single statistic matters, we build a clean, repeatable technique and — just as importantly — a love for the game that survives the hard days.

  • 01

    Grip, Stance & Balance

The non-negotiable fundamentals, drilled until they hold without thinking.

  • 02

    Soft-ball to Hard-ball

A safe, confidence-building progression onto the real cricket ball.

  • 03

    Habits First

Punctuality, effort and respect — the things that make cricketers before runs do.

Stage 02

Development

Technique meets pressure. This is where a decent player becomes a dependable one — able to read a length, build an innings and hold a spell when it matters.

  • 01

    Bowling Machine Work

Programmable pace and length to groove a shot or expose and drill a weakness.

  • 02

    Video Analysis

Slow-motion breakdowns — see the flaw, then fix it inside the same session.

  • 03

    Match-Simulation Nets

Scenario training: chase a target, defend an over, bowl at the death.

Stage 03

Elite Pathway

The state route. For players chasing real cricket, we prepare the whole athlete — technique, tactics, strength and temperament — for JSCA trials and competitive league cricket.

RPCA players have gone on to represent Ranchi sides in the Jharkhand T20.

  • 01

    Strength & Conditioning

Building the engine competitive cricket actually demands, injury-smart.

  • 02

    Competitive Fixtures

Real match exposure to test the work against opposition that pushes back.

  • 03

    Trial Preparation

Targeted readiness for JSCA age-group and league selection.

Ways to train

Pick your format.

Whatever your age or level, there's a way into the nets that fits your week. Timings and fees are confirmed on your trial visit.

Regular

Group Batches

Structured morning and evening batches, grouped by stage. The core of the academy — consistent, coach-led training through the week.

Focused

One-on-One

Personal sessions to fast-track a specific area — a new shot, a remodelled action, or trial-ready fine-tuning with a coach's full attention.
